Return & Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only within Kathmandu Valley within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unused, and with original tags attached. To initiate an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp at 9706262626. We do not accept returns; only exchanges for different sizes or items of equal value.
